【English Translation】 Collection of Teachings by Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD201: Concerning the Definitive Meaning of Dedication Concerning the Definitive Meaning of Dedication Concerning the Definitive Meaning of Dedication Oṃ! I prostrate with reverence to the lord of power of the glorious four bodies, the first Samantabhadra Buddha (Kun-khyab), the master of great activity with a constant and all-pervading essence! Through the power of the unchanging nature abiding in the dharmadhatu (chos-kyi-dbyings), may all that I dedicate and aspire to be accomplished without hindrance and in due time. At this time, exemplified by whatever extraordinary accumulation of merit I strive for, may all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and disciples abiding in the boundless realms of the ten directions, with their wondrous accumulations of pure actions, become an inexhaustible great treasure. Furthermore, may all the meaningful roots of virtue accumulated by all sentient beings equal to the sky who are devoted to merit and virtue be gathered together, and through the power of those great strengths, may we all in this life have whatever we are involved in become a perfect cause for benefit and good in every way for the teachings and all beings. In particular, may we at this moment transform all the grave sins and downfalls we have accumulated since beginningless time into the supreme root of virtue for completely purifying them. Based on that, may the great accumulations of merit and wisdom, which increase and perfect both worldly and transcendent qualities, be fully completed, so that in future lives all good things in accordance with the Dharma are accomplished. During all the times that we remain in this life, may everything we do be connected, directly or indirectly, only with the true and sacred Dharma. Through those actions, may all connections with unwholesome and sinful deeds in this life be severed, and may all opportunities for adverse conditions to turn us onto the wrong path be completely destroyed. At this final time, may we, through direct and indirect means, never harm any sentient being in the slightest way, but equally benefit all, so that the good of benefiting others is never interrupted, and great benefit arises for all. May all beings in the vast realms have abundant access to temporary and ultimate well-being, and may they be able to freely enjoy the glory of prosperity that never diminishes.

【English Translation】 May all karmic connections be complete. Whatever pure deeds we accomplish, all related circumstances, and all that pertains to the illusory body and material forms, may we, as soon as we separate from them, be reborn in the northern land of the vidyādharas (knowledge holders). As soon as we are born in that land, may we immediately obtain the glorious Dharma Lord, the Cakravartin (universal monarch) of the lineage, and the incarnate king and ministers. May their respective karmic connections, and the opportunity to become a great secret Vajra Master, be in harmony with us from the very beginning. Relying on the Dharma Lords, may we be able to receive the gateways of Dharma well, according to our respective capacities and abilities, so that all the profound teachings related to the lineage may be revealed. Furthermore, may we be able to timely gain good experiences of entering whichever profound secret vehicle we are destined to enter, and through instantly perfecting the path of the three common beings, may the sprout of the great secret two stages of development mature in time. Through the common and uncommon profound empowerments, may we ripen our own continuums, gradually purify the impure ground continuum, so that wisdom becomes very sharp, and we can effortlessly generate the two stages. By transforming the impure cycle of birth, death, and bardo (intermediate state) into the manifestations of the three great kāyas (bodies), may the mandala visions of the three secrets greatly increase, and may we stably obtain the practice of the first stage of generation phase yoga, thereby fully accomplishing it. Thereafter, through pure intention and the means of manifesting the co-emergent innate wisdom, relying on the self-illuminating samādhi (meditative absorption) of space, and through the good control of the channels, winds, and bindus (essences), may the nature of the illusory body and clear light union be manifested, thereby generating the five stages or the realization of the four vajras (diamond), and the supreme wisdom yoga of indivisible bliss and emptiness. In this way, may we be able to purify the basis of clear light sugatagarbha (Buddha-nature) in one lifetime, and through practicing the profound samādhi (meditative absorption) of non-conceptualization, may the result of purifying the ground continuum be manifested as it is, thereby being able to effortlessly benefit all beings as vast as space. At the moment when the ground and result are manifested as non-dual, may we realize the inner realm of primordial abiding, and realize the state of the Buddhas.

【English Translation】 May the activities and accomplishments of the body, speech, and mind secrets of all Buddhas, the sole embodiment of all virtues and glories, never waver, And from that state, may they tirelessly engage in taming activities at the right time for all sentient beings as infinite as space. May the immense power of such a supremely pure accumulation of merit completely and without exception fulfill all that is desired, And may it be accomplished exactly as wished by the mind, through the blessings of the ultimate truth, the precious Three Jewels of refuge! This aspiration prayer related to the definitive meaning, as requested by Kunga Chokdrub (person's name) and Vidya Shri (person's name), who is devoted to Dharma, was spoken by Mati (person's name) with pure devotion and written down by a Dharma brother.
