【English Translation】 Instructions on Sunlight Instructions on Sunlight In the way things appear, phenomena and ultimate truth appear separate; in the way things are, phenomena and ultimate truth are united. In the way things appear, sentient beings appear to suffer; in the way things are, suffering has never been established. In the way things appear, the environment and its inhabitants appear as samsara; in the way things are, samsara does not exist at all. In the way things appear, sentient beings are beyond number; in the way things are, there is only one sentient being. In the way things appear, Buddhas appear to change; in the way things are, Buddhas do not change. In the way things appear, Buddhas appear as illusions; in the way things are, Buddhas always appear. In the way things appear, Buddhas are beyond number; in the way things are, there is only one Buddha. The Buddhas who possess two-fold purity and the sentient beings of the three realms of samsara are equal in the expanse of ultimate truth. In general, for those who desire to cling to the fortress of the view of emptiness, please keep this in mind, it is enough to cling to that fortress. Instructions on Sunlight. May it be auspicious!
