【現代漢語翻譯】擦蒙巴·索南桑波大師教言集JTSZ53《與三十字母結合的大圓滿修法》《與三十字母結合的大圓滿修法》《與三十字母結合的大圓滿修法》嗡，愿吉祥！向薄伽梵語自在頂禮！如kiki鳥般潔白的心性中，顯現顏色形狀等的光明燈，非為可認知之境，而是顯而易見，奇哉！妙哉！至尊上師之要訣。以跏趺坐姿，圓滿三種坐勢，乃進入積聚資糧道之始。如觀想拙火猛烈燃燒等，雖可將煩惱轉為道用，然此處不修習。猶如芝麻遍滿油，平凡之身遍滿廣大的心性。如今，這顯現直指的殊勝道，乃龍樹、蓮花生之宗風。如paru樹之汁液般，光明燈安住，不在他方世界而能成就。如鷲鳥般，于小舌中亦能覓得甘露食物，于無明中漂泊者，皆應受此教誡。如瓦鳥般，于真實義中迷惑。修習寂止禪定的瑜伽士啊！比扎奧之彩繪更為鮮明，遠離喧囂的智慧為風所驅動。覺知奇妙的右旋心性之狀態，如籬笆般，從有寂的束縛中解脫。于某些人，以大悲無勤利生。亦示現食肉羅剎之可怖忿怒相。於此地，於此智慧，一生即可成佛。與黑汝嘎及會眾一同享用，唉瑪吙！愿賜予法界密灌頂！以上是以三十字母之門，略述大圓滿明點的修法。藏曆木羊年首月五日，由閉關者索南桑波于桑林法座寫成。

【English Translation】 Collected Teachings of Master Tsamongpa Sonam Sangpo JTSZ53: A·ti Practice Combined with Thirty Letters A·ti Practice Combined with Thirty Letters A·ti Practice Combined with Thirty Letters Om, may there be auspiciousness! I prostrate to the Bhagavan, the Lord of Speech! In the mind-essence as white as a kiki bird, This lamp of luminosity, clear with colors and shapes, Not being an object of cognition, but manifestly apparent, Wonderful! Marvelous! The key point of the venerable and holy one. With the three complete postures in the vajra position, It is the beginning of entering the path of accumulation. Like visualizing the fierce burning of tummo, Although afflictions can be transformed into the path, it is not practiced here. Just as sesame seeds are pervaded with oil, The ordinary body is pervaded by the great mind-essence. Now, this supreme path of direct pointing out, Is the tradition of Nagarjuna and Padmasambhava. Like the sap of the paru tree, the lamp of luminosity abides, It is not established in another realm. Like a vulture, nectar and food are also found in the uvula, Those wandering in ignorance should be admonished by this. Like a crow, they are deluded in the true meaning. Oh, yogi who meditates on calm abiding and samadhi! Even more vivid than the patterns of a zhaog, The wisdom free from turmoil is stirred by the wind. Recognize the amazing right-turning state of mind, Like a fence, liberate from the bondage of existence. For some, compassion effortlessly benefits beings. Also showing the terrifying wrathful form of a flesh-eating rakshasa. In this place, in this wisdom, one becomes a Buddha in one lifetime. Enjoying together with Heruka and the assembly, Emaho! May the secret empowerment of the Dharmadhatu be bestowed! The above is a rough description of the practice of the great bindu through the door of the thirty letters.
