【English Translation】 The Prayer to Gyelek Gyatso (Virtuous Ocean) Om Guru Buddha Bodhisattva Bo Namo Nama (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Literal Chinese meaning). I prostrate with reverence and take refuge in the compassion and emanations of all the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times, the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons. Please hold me with great love at all times. Emanation of all the Buddhas of the ten directions, Whose mind is as profound as the ocean, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of all the Buddhas of the three times, Whose mind is as stable as Mount Meru, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Whose mind is as clear as the sun, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of all the Dharma Kings of the lineage, Whose mind is as cool as the full moon, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of the protectors of the three families of the lineage, Whose mind is as vast as the sky, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of the glorious Kalachakra, Whose mind is as pure as the moon in water, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of all the deities of the father tantra, Whose mind is as firm as a vajra, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Emanation of all the deities of the mother tantra, Whose mind is as virtuous and excellent as a jewel, Whose sight, hearing, and remembrance bring glory, To the Dharma Lord and his spiritual sons, I prostrate and bow. Those who are obscured by the darkness of ignorance and delusion, And who fall into the abyss of self-grasping without refuge, Please lead them with great compassion, the supreme refuge, To attain the supreme state where self-grasping ceases. Those helpless ones who, with minds that perceive impurity as pure, Are sinking into the swamp of desire, O Protector, through your skillful means and compassion, May they attain the state of great bliss free from attachment.

【English Translation】 May this place be obtained! Those who are tightly gripped by the venomous fangs of the anger snake, Those whose minds are filled with the poison of suffering, May you, through the power of the sacred Dharma's mantras and medicine, Obtain a great body of health and happiness! Those whose eyes of wisdom are blinded By the delusion of clinging to things as real, May you be well guided from the swift path of ease, And attain the supreme state of great liberation! Those who are filled with pride From being replete with Dharma, health, possessions, power, and so on, May the rain of emptiness, free from grasping, Arising from your, the Teacher's, clouds of compassion, cool them! Those who have no opportunity to enjoy freedom without attachment, The wretched ones who are oppressed by the mountain of miserliness, May you, the supreme guide, through the power of skillful means, Enable them to attain the state of enjoying freedom without attachment! Those who are attached to the taste of gain and honor, Intoxicated by the poison of jealousy that is greatly increased, May you, the loving one, through the nectar of the sacred Dharma, Enable them to attain the great happiness that is without equal! Those who conceal anger and resentment, The deceitful, arrogant, violent, and shameless, The brazen, wild, faithless, and lazy, May you be separated from all the near afflictions! Even though one is completely freed from the mouth of the affliction demon, The obscurations of knowledge, the imputation of the three spheres, May the sun and moon of the Dharmakaya, obscured by clouds, Be seen as the very reality, free from clouds! May beings be separated from all karmic obscurations, Such as the five without interval and the ten unwholesome acts! May beings be separated from all obscurations of maturation, Such as the long-life gods and the unfortunate realms! Having destroyed the nest of afflictions with the vajra union, May the ultimate Sugata-essence be seen! Having completely stopped the wind-mind with the binding means, May the mindless Sugata-essence be attained! Through the blazing fire of the navel's A-syllable, May the moon of the Hūṃ-syllable at the crown of the head melt! Having completely destroyed the movement of the sun and moon on the right and left, May they dissolve into the central channel! In the enjoyment of body, speech, mind, and transference, May the great yoga of non-dependence be perfected! With the life-wind stopped, the downward-clearing is completely stopped, May the happiness of the elements' non-transference be attained! With the stopping of twenty-one thousand six hundred breaths, May all the obscurations of afflictions and knowledge be stopped! Having certainly been liberated from the nest of the stains of the two obscurations, May the Dharmakaya of the Sugata-essence be attained! Having abandoned mind, mental factors, and consciousness, May the essence of non-dual wisdom be attained! May all the habitual tendencies of consciousness be purified!
