【English Translation】 The 'Tara Prayer for Accomplishing All Wishes and Supplication'. To the Lama, the embodiment of all refuges, the Three Jewels, and the noble Tara, the treasure of compassion! With loving-kindness, please consider us, may all wishes be successfully accomplished, and may all aspirations be completely fulfilled in due time. By the virtue of my diligent efforts here, may all sentient beings temporarily enjoy peace and prosperity, never be separated from the true Buddha Dharma, and may they have long lives, be free from illness, and have abundant merit. In particular, may all beings in this place have all their dangers and sufferings completely pacified, attain the glory of peace and joy, and abide in the supreme state of relief and rest. From now on, may we gradually enter a perfect age, where virtuous beings are happy, Dharma and politics flourish, and they live long in a state of undiminished joy, and may the entire earth be at peace. In general, may all mother sentient beings included in the three realms of samsara quickly pacify the suffering of the lower realms of samsara, and may they successfully progress to the state of omniscience. May all the aspirations made in this way be effortlessly and spontaneously fulfilled in due time by the infallible compassion of the Three Jewels and the Queen Tara. By the virtue I have accumulated, may all sentient beings be happy and joyful, and may it be the supreme cause for increasing temporary and ultimate benefit and happiness. In the pure appearance before me, the venerable Tara, the embodiment of all refuges, abides perfectly. With unwavering compassionate gaze upon me, you know all the good and bad of this life and the next. O compassionate and swift heroine! You are the embodiment of the refuge Lama, you are the embodiment of all Yidam tantras, you are the embodiment of the infallible Three Jewels, you are the embodiment of all Dakinis and Dharma protectors. 【English Translation】 May you accomplish a lifetime of unwavering practice. When this life approaches hardship, may the pain be cut off, peace arise spontaneously, and virtue increase. Having obtained the opportunity of leisure and benefit, may I have the freedom to enjoy the supreme pure vision. Ultimately, in the Bardo (藏文：བར་དོ།), may no delusion arise, and through the face of the Holy Mother (藏文：འཕགས་མ།) and auspicious signs, Just as a mother cherishes her child, may she lead me well to the pure land adorned with green leaves. By the power of the accumulation of pure virtue that I have gathered, may the Holy Mother's (藏文：འཕགས་མ།) pure land become my own pure land, Without ever being separated from compassion for even a moment, may you always protect me like a mother protects her child.
