【現代漢語翻譯】 昂旺·羅卓扎巴大師教言集JNLD367：延壽祈請簡軌。 延壽祈請簡軌。 首先皈依發心。觀想自身剎那間化為無量壽佛（Amitayus），于其心間「舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)」字放出光明，將有情和無情世間的一切精華融入于所護持的對境中。唸誦長壽祈請文：『舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)。賜予不死壽命光輝的薄伽梵（Bhagavan，世尊）！不變不壞的大樂之身。具備無量智慧的殊勝榮耀。無邊眾生的怙主無量壽。我以虔誠的敬仰之心祈禱您，愿您毫不遲疑的慈悲事業，重新彙集修行者衰損的壽命，賜予不死長壽的成就。』 『如意輪度母等長壽諸神眾的加持，蓮花生大士乃至夏瓦日巴等長壽持明者的壽命精華，以您的慈悲力量彙集，融入於此受護者的身語意中，成為身體的滋養和心靈的依憑，獲得不死金剛的殊勝壽命。』唸誦長壽陀羅尼：『舍 (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍)。以不朽勝者的事業真諦之力，以及地、水、火、風四大元素的精華等，彙集有情和無情世間的一切精華，全部彙集於此，滋養修行者不壞的精華壽命，使其成為永不衰敗、堅不可摧的金剛壽命，穩固不變，紮根于本初之界，獲得永恒常在的自性。』 唸誦長壽陀羅尼和緣起咒后，如此祈請彙集的修行者精華壽命，於心間化為五種圓滿的光明寶珠，以不變的七印封印，若能守護使其永不衰敗，即使三界軍隊同時發起攻擊，不順的侵擾化為敵人，也能以堅不可摧的金剛盔甲，時刻閃耀，獲得永不被發現弱點的境界。』 此延壽祈請簡軌，是應宗薩轉世化身袞卻嘉稱之請，由麥智·克智迅速寫成。
【English Translation】 Collected Teachings of Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD367: Abridged Method for Summoning Longevity. Abridged Method for Summoning Longevity. First, take refuge and generate bodhicitta. Visualize yourself instantly transforming into Amitayus (Buddha of Limitless Life), from the 'HRIH' (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍) at his heart, rays of light emanate, absorbing all the essence of the animate and inanimate world into the object to be protected. Recite the longevity prayer: 'HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍). Bhagavan (Blessed One) who bestows the glory of immortal life! Immutable, indestructible body of great bliss. Possessing the splendor of supreme, immeasurable wisdom. Limitless protector of beings, Amitayus. I pray to you with devoted reverence, may your unwavering compassionate activity, restore the diminished life force of the practitioner, and grant the attainment of deathless longevity.' 'The blessings of the assembly of longevity deities, such as the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel Tara, and the life essence of the longevity vidyadharas (knowledge holders), from Padmasambhava to Shawaripa, through the power of your compassion, gather and dissolve into the body, speech, and mind of this protected one, becoming the nourishment of the body and the support of the mind, may they attain the supreme vajra life of immortality.' Recite the longevity dharani: 'HRIH (藏文：ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hrīḥ，漢語字面意思：舍). Through the power of truth of the activity of the immortal victors, and the essence of the elements of earth, water, fire, and wind, etc., all the essence gathered by the animate and inanimate, gather completely in this place, nourish the indestructible essence of the practitioner's life, making it an ever-stable, indestructible vajra life, firmly established, unchangeable, rooted in the primordial realm, attaining the self-nature of permanence and constancy.' After reciting the longevity dharani and the interdependent origination mantra, pray that the gathered essence of the practitioner's life, transforms into a luminous jewel of five perfections at the heart, sealed with the unchanging seven seals, if protected so that it never diminishes, even if the armies of the three realms attack simultaneously, and unfavorable harms arise as enemies, may they, with indestructible vajra armor, shine brightly at all times, attaining a state where weaknesses are never found.'
