【現代漢語翻譯】 馬頭明王祈供簡軌 馬頭明王祈供簡軌 馬頭明王祈供簡軌 吽 舍 (藏文：ཧཱུཾ་ཧྲཱིཿ，梵文天城體：हूं ह्रीः，梵文羅馬擬音：hūṃ hrīḥ，字面意思：吽 舍)！于蓮花光明之廣大宮殿中， 無量光佛現忿怒威猛之身， 大權黑汝嘎（Mahābala Heruka）及其眷屬， 自法界降臨此處，安住于喜悅之座。 以瑜伽士唸誦真言所化之殊勝祈供品， 如供水、鮮花等外供，以及五肉、五甘露等內供之物， 樂空智慧明妃之大秘密供云， 以意幻化充滿虛空， 供養蓮花部主及其眷屬。 以大悲之心慈悲納受后， 愿令歡喜，圓滿誓言！ 祈願瑜伽士我等師徒眷屬， 所有違犯誓言及罪障悉皆清凈， 內外密一切障礙完全消除。 殊勝與共同成就，於今如雨降。 祈請護法空行毫不懈怠地， 如影隨形般護持修行者， 以恒常相伴之吉祥緣起， 直至菩提之間悉皆護佑！ 此乃于修持此本尊之際，由瑪蒂所書。
【English Translation】 Concise Fulfillment Ritual of Hayagriva Concise Fulfillment Ritual of Hayagriva Concise Fulfillment Ritual of Hayagriva Hūṃ Hrīḥ! From the great palace of lotus light, Amitabha appears in wrathful and fierce form, Mahābala Heruka (Great Power Heruka) and retinue, Descend here from the Dharmadhatu, and reside on the seat of joy. With the excellent fulfillment substances transformed by the yogi's mantra recitation, Such as outer offerings like offering water and flowers, and inner substances like the five meats and five amṛtas, The great secret offering clouds of bliss-emptiness wisdom consort, Visualize them filling the sky with the mind, Offering to the Lotus Lord and retinue. After compassionately accepting with great compassion, May you be pleased and fulfill your vows! May all violations and obscurations of us yogis, the practitioners and retinue, Be completely purified, And may all outer, inner, and secret obstacles be completely removed. May supreme and common accomplishments descend like rain today. Please, Dharma protectors and Ḍākinīs, without any negligence, Protect the practitioners like a shadow accompanies the body, With the auspicious connection of constant companionship, May you protect us all the way to enlightenment!
