【現代漢語翻譯】 昂旺羅卓扎巴大師教言集JNLD173：受持一分戒律之法 受持一分戒律之法 受持一分戒律之法 現在，如所謂的一分戒律，僅承諾斷除邪淫的方法如下：『爲了與虛空等同的一切眾生的利益，我將獲得無上的大菩提果位。為此，從今天起，我將受持從四根本戒中隨力斷除的戒律。』心中這樣想，然後重複唸誦以下內容三遍：『導師請垂聽！從今時起，直至死亡來臨，我將永不邪淫。愿以此善護持戒律，救度一切眾生脫離輪迴苦海！』（唸誦三遍）。然後唸誦清凈戒律的真言二十一遍，並回向功德。這是瑪迪為桑噶所寫。 佛陀、菩薩請垂聽！我從今天到明天，將開始受持八關齋戒。愿一切眾生迅速獲得無上菩提！』這是瑪迪在狗年應某人所求而寫。
【English Translation】 Collected Teachings of Ngawang Lodro Drakpa JNLD173: The Method of Taking a Single Vow The Method of Taking a Single Vow The Method of Taking a Single Vow Now, concerning the method of vowing to abandon only sexual misconduct, as it is known as a single vow these days: 'For the sake of all sentient beings equal to space, I shall attain the state of unsurpassed great Bodhi. For that purpose, from this day forth, I shall properly take the vow to abandon whatever is possible from the four root vows.' Think thus, and then repeat the following three times: 'Teacher, please listen to me! From this day forth, until death occurs, I shall never engage in sexual misconduct. May this well-protected discipline liberate all beings from the ocean of existence!' (Repeat three times). Then recite the mantra of pure morality twenty-one times, and dedicate the merit. This was written by Mati for Sangga. 'Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, please listen to me! From today until tomorrow, I will begin to take the eight precepts. May all beings quickly attain unsurpassed Bodhi!' This was written by Mati in the Dog year at the request of someone.
