With compassion as vast as the sky, the realm of the Dharmakaya, The magic of the Rupakaya arising in unceasing play. In the fields of the ten directions, the Sambhogakaya and Nirmanakaya are displayed, All the Sugatas who reveal boundless arrangements. Together with the assembly of noble Bodhisattvas like an ocean, I invite you to this place of faith in my mind. With wondrous and miraculous arrangements, Come here without hindrance and abide in the place of offering. Become the refuge for all beings, including the gods, Possessing the ocean of wisdom and compassion. Together with the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and noble assembly, I prostrate with reverence to all. 【English Translation】 With beautiful words, Perfectly showing all meanings. Adorned with captivating and ornate language, And offerings such as the sounds of the lute and flute. Furthermore, for those not possessed by others, All the wealth of the four continents, subcontinents, and gods and humans, All the pure things accumulated by oneself and others, Offer everything without attachment. In addition, there are the offerings conjured in the mind, From the wonderful and joyful arrangement of sights, The auspicious and interdependent phenomena that perfectly arise, In the boundless and vast expanse of the sky, Every beautiful and charming thing is delightful, Immeasurable offerings fill the sky. Manifesting the magical display of illusions, Pervading above, below, and in all directions, offering in this way. The eight auspicious symbols, the seven royal emblems, And the seven precious jewels, etc., all necessities, Filling all the boundless realms of space, Respectfully offered to the sacred objects of offering. I am a poor person without merit, Without any wealth to offer. Therefore, for those who have compassion, And the objects of offering who have compassion, In order for myself and other beings to perfect the two accumulations, Even though you—the Buddha and his retinue—are not poor, Please accept my offerings with compassion, So that myself and others can fulfill our wishes. 【English Translation】 May the Sambhogakaya Buddha, complete in enjoyment, Without moving from his state, play the dance of emanation, With the supreme array of form bodies pervading all realms, Never withdrawing, always showing himself to beings. Through that power, may the seed of mind awaken in beings, May the sun of fortunate heart rise well, May the husk of obscuring ignorance be cast far away, May the feast of all-seeing vision fully increase! Here, whatever accumulation of pure white merit we strive for, May all sentient beings, Gradually diminish the increase of cyclic suffering. May the beings of the human realm, Possess the attainment of their own thoughts, May all misfortunes and harms be immediately pacified, May there be no fear of sickness, old age, and death. May the Asura beings pacify their hostility, And completely abandon their thoughts of unwholesome jealousy, May the very name of fighting and conflict be left behind, May they become mutual friends, united in joy. May the gods who are overpowered by heedless desire, And the form gods who are intoxicated by contaminated samadhi, Subdue their minds with mindful Dharma, May they be free from the suffering of death and falling. May the animals, endangered by foolish ignorance, Give rise to clear awareness in their minds, With the eye of wisdom that clarifies good and bad, acceptance and rejection, May the awareness that turns towards Dharma be very clear. May the hungry ghosts, burning with thirst and hunger like fire, Pacify the suffering of craving for food, Possess the wealth of whatever food and clothing they desire, May they revel in the glory of joy and happiness. May the hell beings, tormented by unbearable heat, Obtain the glory of the god realm with joyful minds, With immeasurable palaces and great joyful groves, etc., May the delightful outer and inner arrangements greatly increase. May those tormented by cold obtain the breath of warmth, May the coverings of darkness be greatly cleared by light, May all lands and realms be like the sublime vessel and essence, May they become friends who increase joy. In particular, may the source of all goodness in this world, The single field of merit, the basis of all origins, The Victorious One's doctrine, the wish-fulfilling king of power, Never decline, but remain until the end of existence. May the amazing tradition of teaching and practice be maintained, May the great beings who are the unified root of the doctrine, Sit with their feet on the unchanging vajra throne, May their lotus feet be firm for hundreds of kalpas. This is the method of offering to the Three Jewels in general, called 'The Cloud of Offerings that Pleases the Buddhas.' It was written at the urgent request of the monk Gunabhadra (गुणभद्र, Virtuous Protector), who has been especially kind to me and in whose mind a slight novelty of Dharma has arisen.
