From the seed syllable at the heart of the deceased and the light rays of one's own heart's seed syllable, summon the consciousness of the deceased from wherever it dwells in the three realms. 【English Translation】 Purify the deceased's sins and obscurations, etc. Homage to the truth of the Buddha, the truth of the Dharma, the truth of the Sangha, the truth of the wrathful deities and wrathful mothers, kings of secret mantras and vidyā-mantras, the truth of the assembly of deities in the mandala of the Bhagavan glorious five classes, the truth of the glorious protector, the sacred Dharma protectors and guardians. By the blessing of truth and great truth, may all harmful spirits and obstructing forces, who harm and injure the one named Chagmo, who has passed from this world to the next and beyond the time of death due to the power of karma, at the time of death, in the bardo, and in all future lives, and who obstruct the purification of sins and the generation of virtuous Dharma, and who harm and injure related descendants remaining behind, be satisfied by this torma, pacify your harmful intentions, and with a virtuous mind, do not remain near this object to be accomplished, but go elsewhere. If you do not go, may your head be split into a hundred pieces by the blazing vajra of wisdom.' After reciting, discard the torma, play music, and scatter mustard seeds in the ten directions on the object of purification, and fumigate with gugul, performing a fierce purification. Immediately, pour the sesame seeds into the fire on the right and the water on the left, offering them to the mouth of the vajra ḍākinī, transforming into a great ocean. Precious Jewel, Glorious Field of Merit, etc. Etc. The lotus is not stained by mud, etc. Etc. Gacchantu Svaha! (Offering, Svaha!) May the deceased be reborn in Sukhavati (bDe ba can du) immediately! By examining the cause, it is known to be the power of the Vajra Master's ritual. Om Vajra Argham, etc. Ema! The blessings of the mantras of the Buddhas are wondrous! Because sentient beings who have fallen into the Avici hell are quickly born in the heavenly realms! Ema! The enlightened deeds of Shakyamuni (Shakya mgon po) are wondrous! Because sentient beings who have fallen into the lower realms are liberated as quickly as lightning! Thus, it is specially proclaimed. Transferring to its own place: Again, contemplate that the one to be accomplished has gone to the realm of Sukhavati. Dedicate the merit and make aspirations. Auspicious! Herein resides the ladder to liberation, guiding the deceased through the essence of the five glorious tantra classes.
