【現代漢語翻譯】 以其偉力， 救護修行者脫離四大（地，水，火，風）和十六怖畏（指內在的貪、嗔、癡等，以及外在的盜賊、猛獸等）， 成就諸多不可思議的事業，擁有無量善聚， 愿在此聚集的以您為首的無邊眾生，都能得到特別的護佑。 吉祥如速疾勇母之幻化舞， 二十一度母成就四種事業（息災、增益、敬愛、降伏）， 救脫十六種怖畏，賜予成就事業之力。 以此諦實力，祈願聖母降臨吉祥與善妙！ 吉祥如本初不變之法界虛空， 勝義本然之勝母般若波羅蜜多尊， 本體基果無別，真實恒常之主。 以真實力，愿一切眾生迅速現證自性！ 應清凈精進之僧眾二者之勸請，以瑪တိ之名如是善說。 後由法友抄錄成文，愿增吉祥！ 《聖救度母二十一尊吉祥善妙速賜》
【English Translation】 By its power, May it well protect the practitioners from the four great elements (earth, water, fire, wind) and the sixteen fears (referring to internal greed, anger, ignorance, etc., and external thieves, wild animals, etc.), Accomplishing many wondrous deeds, possessing immeasurable collections of merit, May the infinite beings gathered here, especially those led by you, be particularly protected. Auspicious like the swift and courageous mother's illusory dance, The twenty-one Taras accomplish the four activities (pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and subduing), Rescuing from the sixteen fears, granting the power to accomplish activities. By this truth, may the auspiciousness and goodness of the Holy Mother descend! Auspicious like the primordial, unchanging realm of Dharma, The ultimate, natural Victorious Mother, the noble Prajnaparamita, Essence, basis, and result are inseparable, the true and constant Lord. By the power of truth, may all beings quickly realize their own nature! At the urging of the two monastic communities who are pure and diligent, it was well-spoken in the name of Mati.
