【現代漢語翻譯】于無念無思，光明自顯之中，以甚深口訣，直指自心要處。這離邊中觀（藏文：དབུ་མ་，梵文天城體：Madhyamaka，梵文羅馬擬音：Madhyamaka，漢語字面意思：中道）大道的自性，愿如實證悟，無餘顯現。於此期間，愿一切順緣，毫不費力自然成就，內外密一切障礙，皆由三身（藏文：སྐུ་གསུམ་，梵文天城體：trikāya，梵文羅馬擬音：trikāya，漢語字面意思：三身）任運成就，消除一切違緣，到達彼岸。此為遣除一切障礙之毒的甘露妙藥，由才讓多吉、格瑪桑杰措、格楚瑪楚臣拉姆等再三勸請，法友功德賢以吉祥緣起，以二獅獻供，如瑪智格熱所言，由法友親筆書寫。愿此成為遣除一切眾生障礙之殊勝緣起。

【English Translation】 In the self-revealing clarity, free from thought and conception, may the profound instructions bring the essence of one's own mind to the point. May this very nature of the great, non-dual Madhyamaka (Tibetan: དབུ་མ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: Madhyamaka, Sanskrit Romanization: Madhyamaka, Literal Chinese meaning: Middle Way) be realized as it is, and may the definitive secret appear nakedly. In the meantime, may all conducive circumstances be in harmony, and may all obstacles, internal, external, and secret, be effortlessly and spontaneously accomplished by the three kayas (Tibetan: སྐུ་གསུམ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: trikāya, Sanskrit Romanization: trikāya, Literal Chinese meaning: three bodies), eliminating all hindrances and reaching the ultimate shore. This 'Deathless Nectar that Dispels the Poison of All Obstacles' was composed at the repeated request of Tsering Dorje, Gema Sangye Tso, and Getsulma Tsultrim Lhamo, among others. The Dharma friend Guna Bhadra offered two beautiful lions as an auspicious symbol, and as Mati Kirti dictated, the Dharma friend himself acted as the scribe. May it be the supreme cause for dispelling all obstacles for all beings!
