【現代漢語翻譯】《聖觀自在贊》頂禮聖觀自在！禮敬聖觀自在！阿雅阿瓦洛吉特斯瓦拉雅拿摩拿嘛 (藏文，梵文天城體：आर्यावलोकितेश्वरय नमोनम，梵文羅馬擬音：āryāvalokiteśvarāya namo namaḥ，漢語字面意思：聖觀自在，敬禮！敬禮！)。諸佛慈悲之化現，一切相圓滿。智慧與所知融為一體之大智慧身，具一切自在。徹底斬斷煩惱與妄念之堅固束縛。世間唯一之怙主，蓮花部主，祈願您守護世間！較諸佛更早成佛，然至今仍示現佛子之相。輪迴之生已徹底止息，然至今仍受生於輪迴。雖不見任何有情，然至今仍不捨有情之利益。向不可思議、難以測度之大悲者頂禮！尊身不離虛空之自性，然隨信解示現種種身。尊語具不可言說之法性，然以眾生之語言開示解脫道。尊意雖無心、意、識，然無所不知法與法性。尊之清凈智慧雖離合，然以具足大樂虛空之體性而守護眾生。嗚呼！世間已步入黑暗之路，因不能辨別法與非法。故以百千苦行，歷經百般艱難。祈請垂念此等眾生，世尊，天中之天！佛陀之教法，已近如傍晚之夕陽，或如油盡之燈火。於此危難之際，祈請怙主以您之慈悲、善巧方便與威神之力加持！為供養您這位殊勝之應供處，縱然此供物微不足道。然我以等同虛空之廣大信心，化為意幻之供云而虔誠供養，祈請納受！於一切時方，凡我未曾執取之悅意供品。皆如幻化般以智慧攝取。為利一切有情，我皆供養于您。愿生生世世，我以令諸佛歡喜之戒律、禪定、多聞、智慧、慈悲、福德與智慧之積聚。以清凈之供養來供養您！愿於此世間，一切有情皆因您之事業，視您為父母、族神與導師，並精勤于頂禮、供養、讚頌與恭敬！此為讚頌觀自在之文。喜饒堅贊巴桑波著。

【English Translation】 The Praise of Noble Avalokiteśvara Homage to Noble Avalokiteśvara! Homage to Noble Avalokiteśvara! Ārya Avalokiteśvarāya Namo Namaḥ (Sanskrit: आर्यावलोकितेश्वरय नमोनम, Romanization: āryāvalokiteśvarāya namo namaḥ, Literal meaning: Noble Avalokiteśvara, Homage! Homage!). The manifestation of the great compassion of all Buddhas, complete in every aspect. The great wisdom body where wisdom and the object of wisdom have become one, possessing all powers. Completely cuts the tight bonds of all pervasive afflictions and all pervasive thoughts. The one father of the world, the lotus-holder, may he protect the world! Having become enlightened before all the Buddhas, yet still appearing as a son of the Buddhas. Although the cycle of existence is completely exhausted, yet still holding birth in existence. Although not seeing any sentient beings, yet still not abandoning the benefit of sentient beings. I prostrate and pay homage to the one with inconceivable and difficult to fathom compassion! Whose body does not abandon the nature of space, yet shows various forms according to faith. Whose speech has the nature of being beyond expression, yet shows the path that connects with the language of all beings. Whose mind does not possess mind, intellect, or consciousness, yet there is nothing that is not known about dharma and the nature of dharma. Whose sacred wisdom is free from union, yet protects these beings by possessing the great bliss that is equal to space. Alas! The world has entered the path of darkness, because they do not distinguish between dharma and non-dharma. Therefore, they accomplish hundreds of sufferings and hundreds of difficulties. Please consider these beings, Blessed One, God of Gods! The Buddha's teachings are in danger of becoming like the sun in the late afternoon, or like a lamp with exhausted oil. At this time, may the compassion, skillful means, and power of the protector be timely! In order to make offerings to you, the sacred object of offering, even if this offering is small, I offer it with a mind of devotion that is equal to the sky, as a cloud of offerings, please accept it! In all directions and times, all the pleasing offerings that have not been taken as my own, I take them with wisdom as if they were illusions, And offer them to you for the benefit of all sentient beings. In all lifetimes, may I please the Buddhas with Discipline, meditation, much learning, Wisdom, compassion, merit, and accumulations of wisdom. May I worship you with pure offerings! In this world, may all sentient beings, through your activities, Regard you as their parents, Family deity, and teacher, And may they be diligent in prostrating, offering, praising, and honoring you!
