【English Translation】 Visualize that all the main deities and their retinues arise from the play of the same wisdom, and that their original, inseparable nature transforms into the assembly of noble gurus of the Dharmakaya (法身) of ultimate reality. Then, through methods such as prostrating and reciting scriptures: Visualize the endless, magnificent manifestations of the assembly of noble gurus filling the entire expanse of space, and transform yourself into bodies as numerous as particles of dust. Each of these bodies offers limitless offerings, and at the same time, in a profound manner, praises the greatness of the secret three bodies of the Blessed Mother from all aspects, accumulating vast amounts of merit. Confess and repent with remorse all the sins and transgressions of the three vows accumulated since beginningless time. No matter what happens in the future, resolve to strictly observe the precepts, and pray for the purification of all obscurations. May I and all beings be liberated from all fears of this life and future lives, and ultimately become one with the supreme state of realization of the noble one. Here, recite the Twenty-One Taras as much as possible, and through the great power of the venerable Tara, may all external environments be filled with the qualities of a pure land as beautiful as peacock feathers, and may all internal sentient beings be visualized as the body of Tara. With devotion, praise the greatness of the secret three bodies, and with reverence, prostrate from the depths of your heart. Recite the Twenty-One Taras as much as possible, and from the endless secret manifestations of the Holy Mother, may all external and internal appearances manifest as pure self-display. From the sound of the Vajra words of the profound mantra lineage pervading the sky, may all adverse conditions and harms be pacified into the realm of emptiness, and through the vast gate of activity, may all be protected well at all times. Recite the Twenty-One Taras as much as possible, and from the Dharmakaya (法身) of the Blessed Goddess, which is the true meaning, and the great equality that is inseparable from the wisdom of the root guru, recite the Twenty-One Taras as much as possible. Finally, attain accomplishment: The Blessed Goddess, the venerable Swift and Heroic Mother, is the sovereign of great play. 【English Translation】 Through the power of her blessings, may the ordinary body, speech, and mind become one with the supreme body, speech, and mind of the noble one, attaining that supreme state without delay. Third, what should be protected: From the body of Jetsun Trinley Nyurma (Swift Activity Tara) and her retinue, the essence of the secret mantra, the ten letters, bright green, with a multitude of rays of light, along with their respective sounds, emanate in all directions, making oneself and all those to be protected indestructible, solid, and stable, becoming an unbreakable vajra enclosure, so that all those to be protected will never be harmed by any obstacles. At the end of the ten letters, add 'Mama Raksha Raksha, protect me,' and recite as much as possible.
