【現代漢語翻譯】 綠度母自生儀軌 那摩，皈依一切上師。 從今直至菩提果，我皆皈依您。 爲了利益和安樂如母眾生，我修持至尊聖母之瑜伽。 （唸誦三遍） 剎那間，自身化為有質礙之空性。 自心明空之體性為綠色當 (藏文：ཏཱྃཿ，梵文天城體：ताṃ，梵文羅馬擬音：tāṃ，字面意思：當) 字。 光芒放射又收攝，轉變成為聖母之身。 綠而明亮，猶如光蘊燃燒。 美麗微笑，面容姣好，雙足半跏趺坐。 右手施予勝妙，左手持象徵三寶之蓮花。 以手印持著烏巴拉花之嫩枝。 以各種絲綢和珍寶嚴飾。 青春煥發，姿態優雅。 安住于蓮花月輪之上，與誓言尊和智慧尊無二無別。 頂上有無量光佛 (Amitābha) 作為部主。 心間月輪上有綠色當 (藏文：ཏཱྃཿ，梵文天城體：ताṃ，梵文羅馬擬音：tāṃ，字面意思：當) 字，咒鬘圍繞。 此與自心，處於不可言說之本然狀態。 不加造作，無有分別，自生唸誦其心髓。 之後，盡力唸誦十字真言等，最後，從自身心中涌現無盡供云寶藏。 以無盡虛空藏之自性，歡喜供養和讚頌本尊。 本尊融入光中，于無所緣之法界中。 以此善根，未來我爲了所有眾生之利益。 愿能自在獲得聖母之智慧身。 爲了從輪迴中解脫眾生。 愿能毫不懈怠地成就任運自成之事業！ 此乃為策勵精進巴哇 (brTson 'grus dPal) 而作，以瑪智 (ma ti) 之名而語，由益西協 (yi ge mched) 記錄。
【English Translation】 The Self-Generation Practice of Green Tara Namo, I take refuge in the Lama who embodies all refuges. From now until enlightenment, I rely on you for refuge. To benefit and bring happiness to mother-like beings, I practice the yoga of the venerable Holy Mother. (Recite three times) In an instant, one's own body transforms into the basis of tangible emptiness. The essence of one's own mind, clear and empty, is the green Tām (Tibetan: ཏཱྃཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Literal meaning: Tām) syllable. Light radiates and gathers, transforming into the form of the Holy Mother. Green and bright, like a burning mass of light. Beautiful smile, lovely face, with two legs in a half-lotus posture. The right hand grants boons, the left holds a lotus representing the Three Jewels. Holding a young stem of Utpala flower with a mudra. Adorned with various silks and precious jewels. Radiant with youth and graceful demeanor. Seated on a lotus and moon cushion, inseparable from the Samaya and Jnana beings. With Amitābha (Infinite Light) as the Lord of the Family at the crown of the head. At the heart, on a moon disc, is the green Tām (Tibetan: ཏཱྃཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ताṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: tāṃ, Literal meaning: Tām) syllable, surrounded by a mantra garland. That and one's own mind, in an inexpressible, innate state. Uncontrived, without separation, spontaneously recite the essence. Then, recite the ten-syllable mantra and others as much as possible, and finally, from one's own heart, emanate an inexhaustible treasure of offering clouds. With the nature of an inexhaustible treasury of space, joyfully offer and praise the deity. The deity dissolves into light, in the state of objectless Dharmadhatu. By this merit, in the future, for the sake of all beings. May I have power over the wisdom body of the Holy Mother. To liberate beings from the realm of samsara.
