On it, draw the seed syllable (藏文：ཏཱྃཿ，梵文天城體：ताṃ，梵文羅馬擬音：tāṃ，漢語字面意思：seed syllable) of the Holy Tara (meaning: savior from suffering) and slender eyes, as well as the urna. In front is the eye wheel, the wisdom eyes of Tara, with a white and bright urna between the eyebrows, clearly appearing. Abide in this nature, and the practitioner single-mindedly gazes at the wisdom wheel in front, with the eyes and mantra naturally appearing. Remember that the body, speech, and mind of Tara are inseparable from oneself. After reciting the twenty-letter mantra a hundred times, merge into the unborn original dharma realm. Oneself and the front both dissolve into light. May this merit quickly attain the body of Tara and swiftly attain unsurpassed enlightenment! By continuously practicing and reciting in this way every day, It will definitely benefit cataracts and other eye diseases.
