I confess all the sins I have committed with repentance, I rejoice in all the virtues with joy, I request the Dharma Lords to turn the wheel of Dharma, I pray for them to remain long for the sake of beings. I dedicate all the merits I have accumulated to the great Bodhi, May I always be born into a noble family, With leisure and fortune, excellent high position, and heavenly qualities complete. May I have an excellent body, speech, and mind, May I be born with a good posture and appearance, And having received the supreme instructions from the supreme spiritual friend, With supreme faith, diligence, and great courage, In the very moment of equipoise, May the wind and mind be completely stopped, and may I attain the supreme wisdom. 【English Translation】 May these dharmas, like a barren woman's child, like a rabbit's horn, Although fundamentally nonexistent, appear like a white conch seen as yellow by someone with jaundice. May I realize that everything is merely an illusion arising from nothing! May I, in a state of non-reality, transform the enjoyment of body, speech, and mind, all things, again and again into a powerful accumulation of merit. For the sake of all beings, mothers filling the sky, to attain the four kayas (bodies of a Buddha), may I dedicate again and again! May all sentient beings be recognized by me as kind mothers, and as possessing the essence of Buddhahood. May I, like Kuntuzangpo (Samantabhadra), respectfully practice the four immeasurables and the exchange of self and others! May I realize the basis of emptiness, the self-luminous nature of ultimate truth, transcending conceptual thought, verbal constructs, and dependent origination. Having realized this, may I practice the method of naturally ceasing conceptual thought, and the yoga of binding! May I thoroughly realize the profound reality of intrinsic nature, the realm of inconceivable wisdom. Having realized this, may I practice the yoga of non-conceptualization, non-elaboration, and non-sign! In order to swiftly attain the two kayas (rupa-kaya and dharma-kaya) of the Buddhas, accumulating the two accumulations (of merit and wisdom) in the union of shamatha and vipassana. May I constantly encourage myself and others, and strive as encouraged! May I constantly cut off the doors of sin, and completely open all the doors of virtue. May I cut off the doors of samsara (cyclic existence) in the lower realms, and open the doors to higher realms and liberation! May all sentient beings who have gone astray on the wrong path, be well placed on the correct path. May all sentient beings who cling to wrong views, be thoroughly placed in right view! The two truths (ultimate truth and conventional truth) spoken by all the Buddhas, and the teachings of the union of appearance and emptiness. May I thoroughly understand the truth, appearance, and emptiness, and explain them to others! May I truly understand and explain, the teachings of samsara and nirvana being different and not different, the two truths being different and not different, and the four noble truths being different and not different! May I truly understand, practice, and explain, the teachings of the three kayas (dharma-kaya, sambhoga-kaya, nirmana-kaya) being different and not different, the three refuges being different and not different, and the three vehicles being different and not different! May I understand and truly practice and explain, the teachings of the three realms (desire realm, form realm, formless realm) being different and not different, the three times (past, present, future) being different and not different, and the three existences (desire existence, form existence, formless existence) being different and not different! May I understand the meaning of contradictions and unity, flaws and flawlessness, etc., as well as the arising and ceasing, existence and non-existence of the three existences, etc., and self-arising and other-arising, and consciousness and wisdom, etc.!

【English Translation】 May I realize all profound and deep Dharmas! In all my lives, may I receive the teachings of the Sugata (Buddha). Having seen the profound intentions and the supreme truth of the three turnings of the Dharma wheel and the four classes of Tantras, May I show them to beings without any reservation! May I realize the faults and merits of grasping at self, May I realize the faults and merits of realizing no-self, Likewise, may I realize the faults and merits of emptiness and non-emptiness! May I realize the faults and merits of grasping at permanence, May I realize the faults and merits of realizing impermanence, Likewise, may I realize the faults and merits of grasping at eternalism and nihilism! May I realize the faults and merits of grasping at happiness, May I realize the faults and merits of realizing suffering, Likewise, may I realize the faults and merits of grasping at purity and impurity! May I realize the faults and merits of grasping at existence, May I realize the faults and merits of realizing non-existence, Likewise, may I realize the faults and merits of grasping at truth and falsehood! May my three trainings, three samayas, and three vows be completely pure, And may they never decline, but greatly increase. May I never fall from the bhumis and paths, And may my excellent qualities greatly increase! As soon as the appearances of this life cease, May I be reborn in Sukhavati (Pure Land of Amitabha). As soon as I am born, may I be prophesied by the Protector (Avalokiteshvara), And may I benefit beings in the ten directions with emanations! Through the blessings of accomplishing a vast collection of merit, May I be liberated by merely seeing, hearing, or touching, May I be liberated by merely prostrating, making offerings, or circumambulating, May I be liberated by merely remembering! May I, in a single moment, Obtain all the qualities of all the noble ones, May I, in a single moment, Accomplish as much as all the noble ones have liberated! May I, in a single moment, Obtain all the two accumulations of all the noble ones, May I, in a single moment, Liberate as many beings as all the noble ones have liberated! May I, in a single moment, Obtain all the power and strength of all the noble ones, May I, in a single moment, Mature as many beings as all the noble ones have matured! May I, in a single moment, Like all the others, Plant the supreme seed of liberation in the minds of many sentient beings, And may I make it constant! May I, like others, build excellent temples, Create statues, stupas, write scriptures, and so on.

【English Translation】 However many virtuous deeds I accomplish, May I achieve them in a single moment. Thus, in all directions, times, and places, May I bring great benefit and happiness to beings, And perform immeasurable deeds for the teachings. May all those with power assist me. Like the crown ornament of the noble master Yeshe Ö (Wisdom Light), Mönlam Lodrö Wangpo (Aspiration, Intelligence, Power), the peaceful one, And the three distinct emanations of Manjushri, May I accomplish whatever they accomplished. May all the Buddhas, the nature of the two truths, And the blessings of the Three Jewels of all of them, And the power of all the accumulated and to-be-accumulated merits, May these aspirations be definitely fulfilled. This particularly excellent aspiration, Urged by the virtuous friend Sêchen Tulku Sönam Pel (Merit and Glory), a monk adorned with faith, respect, wisdom, compassion, and discipline, etc., Was written by Gyalkhampa Tönpa Zhiden (The One Endowed with Four Reliances).
